Not to use the unit for any business, trade, profession (but the storage of items associated with any business trade or profession of the Licensee is permitted) and not to have any customers visiting the unit or site, sell from the unit or site or use it for any form of shop or showroom for the public.
Not to store any items in the Unit that would present a risk to health and safety or fire or sleep in the Unit. The following items are excluded from this contract and must not be stored.
Food or plants or goods likely to encourage vermin - mice/rats or other pests or to cause infestation or contamination, perishable items (or such items which require a controlled environment), any animal, bird or fish and any liquid substance which may escape or leak from the Unit. Stolen goods, drugs, pornographic material, dangerous or potentially dangerous or explosive items (such as (but not limited to) gas bottles, aerosols, paints, firearms and ammunition) not to store any vehicle or motor vehicle or automobile, cars and motorcycles in the Unit that would or might cause any liquid or gas substance to escape or leak in or around the Unit.
The deposit is required which is fully refundable when the unit is vacated empty, clean and in good order and all padlocks/keys are returned.
One-off pro-rata payment due at sign up for the remainder of the month plus deposit.
Standing order to be set up at sign up for 1st of every month.
Electric gates at main entrance to site, 24/7 CCTV cameras indoor and outdoor, security alarm and padlock. Please do not let anyone in through the gates unless they have an appointment. Ask them to call the number on the gates.
Vehicle access directly to the front of the building for easy access to internal rooms. Large shutter access for loading bigger items and for outdoor container access vehicles can park directly at the container.
4 weeks notice is required when wishing to vacate. Minimum period of storage – 4 weeks.
We provide a FREE PADLOCK and keys plus: Outdoor container - 1 padlock & 2 keys or Indoor rooms - external front door key or pin number, building alarm key fob, 1 padlock with 1 key. We will keep a spare key for the padlock for security as stated in your Terms and Conditions. We will provide you with your own unique customer pin number for the main entrance front gate.
We do not sell insurance. Is it up to you if you want to arrange adequate insurance for the items being stored.
